What’s better than a Sunday afternoon nap?
It’s been a glorious day here in Buddyland! The forecast had us breaking the 50-degree mark for the first time in at least four months, so imagine our surprise when the temperature topped out in the low 60s!
Bud decided to celebrate the balmy weather by stretching out and drifting off for a nice nap, and I couldn’t resist taking a few photos of my pal looking relaxed after a hard day of eating and lounging.
To be fair, I was out earlier and when I came home, Bud was right by the door to greet me as always, so he probably had a very demanding nap in the proximity of the front door while I was gone, then opted for a more relaxed nap after expending all that energy on his earlier nap. I had also topped off his dry food before his lunch, in case he got hungry while he was eating.
It’s not easy being a cat!

Oh he has plenty, although don’t tell him I said that! I have a collection of derpy Bud photos that would make for a funny post some time.

It’s really difficult being a cat, especially a cat so loved, so treasured, so pampered and (dare I say it), so spoiled as Little Buddy, star cat of the Internet. Always good to hear about my favorite feline and his lovely life. Have a wonderful, warm Sunday night, both Buddies.

Thank you, Jean! He is certainly spoiled with love and attention. And snacks, of course. If we were stranded on an island and he had me plus unlimited yums, he’d be quite content.

There are few things more exhausting than sleeping. I know this from personal experience as well as from my feline friends!

Haha! Cats are bad influences. When you’ve got a cat curled up in your lap, you think “Well, I can’t disturb the little one, can I? So I guess I’ll just have to bite the bullet and…zzzzzz.”

Not sure if Buddy will use this but those things you put on windows with suction cups would be ideal. Mat- type thing to sleep on or watch the wildlife.

oh the envy I have of that relaxed laid back lazy Sunday nap. Bella also looks like that but she manages to do that on Sunday,Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday…. You are right, our feline masters have it all
