MY CATS FAVE TOY!! Yes. The violence.Many tailess mice toys around the house.And couple of ribbons missing. Does Buddy rip them off?

That particular toy is in good shape, but his favorite toy is a felt bird that’s all torn up. Previously he had a felt butterly that he loved, and I tried to find another one but couldn’t. Sadly it disintegrated from all the beatings it took.

P.S. Speaking of toys. I think those cats were bribed somehow into liking those floppy fish toys. All cats i know, including mine,just stare it.Piece of junk.

The floppy fish was not a hit with Bud. The motor that makes it flop is pretty loud, which combined with the violent flopping itself, freaked him out. He was afraid of it and didn’t see it as a toy.
I tried to get him used to it by keeping the motor off and just letting him check it out on his own time, but he never got over that first impression.
It’s tough to gauge what your cat might like, especially because the reviews are gamed and it’s easy to film a cat being amused by practically anything for 30 seconds.

I am into arts and crafts. I used to make catnip toys. Will again soon.Maybe get some felt and make a simple toy?

I took plastic Easter eggs and put some catnip in it. A hit with 2 cats!!

He thinks he has! We usually switch from the laser to a tangible toy halfway through so he can get his “win” and the feeling of taking down his prey.
