    1. Apologies for not including Passover. I must be living under a rock this year because I completely forgot. We had a low key Easter, just a small family gathering, which is fine by me!

      1. I’m the one under a rock! I found out it was passover on the news! That’s what happens when you get older & you had a tiny family in the first place. So just for good measure, I made some matzohs & Oreo got something nice. Btw, I stopped eating meat last year too. If you have any tips on what to eat or where please share it with me. It’s a learning curve, but a worthy one!
